Awareness workshops and seminars combine Awareness/Mindfulness with insights, processes and practices of psychology to help live in greater awareness and clarity. We learn to pay attention to our inner life of emotions, beliefs and self-understanding as well as our behaviour patterns so that we can enhance our presence, self-expression and happiness.

We make efforts to bring these into practical life situations such as our relationships, family life, work situations and so on.
