For peace in our lives, it is important that we understand ourselves and accept the reality of who are. This understanding includes everything about us such as our qualities and attributes, our experiences and behaviours, our emotions and beliefs, our follies and foibles.
This meditation explores the areas where we may have difficulty coming to a realistic acknowledgement of who we are, and coming to a gentle acceptance of even what may not be possible for us to change.
