An essential part of mindfulness involves grieving and letting go so that we have the freedom to live joyfully. The experience of grief, while painful, can also be a doorway to growth, insight and transformation.
This workshop explores mindfulness as it relates to patterns of grieving and possibilities of letting go:
- Grief includes all endings – bereavement, ending of relationships, job, financial security, emigration and so on.
- Unresolved grief causes illness, depression and relationship problems.
- Grieving mindfully enables an understanding of grief that releases us to start afresh.
- Introduces you to the skills of dealing with the changes in your life.
