Grieving and letting goAn essential part of mindfulness involves grieving and letting go so that we have the freedom to live joyfully. The experience of grief, while painful, can also be a doorway to growth, insight and transformation.

This workshop explores mindfulness as it relates to patterns of grieving and possibilities of letting go:

  • Grief includes all endings – bereavement, ending of relationships, job, financial security, emigration and so on.
  • Unresolved grief causes illness, depression and relationship problems.
  • Grieving mindfully enables an understanding of grief that releases us to start afresh.
  • Introduces you to the skills of dealing with the changes in your life.
