To live well, to achieve success and personal effectiveness, and to maintain health of mind and body, we need a balanced life.
An unbalanced life is a major cause of stress. If we are unable to reduce stress and manage a well balanced life, we face physical and/or emotional health consequences.
A great challenge is to balance what we need to do with what we enjoy doing, to achieve a harmony between work, relaxation, rest, relationships, entertainments, physical activities and so on.
This mindfulness based workshop offers an opportunity to examine our lives without judgement and bring about necessary balance without making resolutions and regimentation.
