Besides working in private practice as a Clinical Psychologist with experience in the areas of individual and group psychotherapy, psychological and neuropsychological assessments, human behaviour, relationships and Awareness, I am also an international speaker, author and professional trainer who conducts workshops, seminars and courses in Ireland, India, UK and USA.

After training in Clinical Psychology, I returned to India in 1990 and succeeded Anthony de Mello as the Director of Sadhana Institute for the next 14 years. It was when I was at the helm that Sadhana saw the largest expansion of its facilities and programmes including the Integral Couselling Psychology (ICP) programme, an innovative programme of a two-year Masters level course of psychology and spirituality.

I have, over the years, undergone training and certification in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions such as Focusing, Holotropic Breathwork, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Gestalt Therapy, EMDR, Human Sexuality, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
